Remediated blocks are auctioned through nominated sales agents with undisclosed reserve prices. To keep up to date on upcoming sales events, visit the SLA website, Allhomes, or subscribe to the Suburban Land Agency mailing list.
Blocks will not be sold to the public for less than the price originally offered to the former homeowner who held a First Right of Refusal on their surrendered block.
Blocks that fail to sell at auction then become available for sale Over the Counter (OTC) at the reserve price on a 'first in, first served' basis. Some blocks which are less suitable for sale by auction may be offered directly OTC. OTC blocks are listed on Allhomes and the SLA website. Find out more about valuing remediated blocks .
